Deal size aside, am finding that the stigma is real in the Columbia MSA. Kid you not - one lender was even talking about how much they love financing spec homes even though market is feeling very bubbly and reminiscent of 08-09 in the area.
Anyone have any relationships in the area? This is a very small deal / starter park that I’m helping a friend get off the ground with. Loan would be $200k range. Happy to speak to anyone non-local as well that would look at this.
