I was wondering if anyone has a good explanation or articles/movie links for CAPITALIZATION RATE. Basically need a clear explanation. I have heard that if you have a loan at 7% that a good cap rate is 2-3%, or 10%. However I have heard that 17% is even better so that is very confusing for me. Thanks for your help!
