look on any of the broker sites that sell parks in that area as i think 50% of them my be on the market. I mean whats not to love about the canton metro area. Gotta be a growth area off the top of my head. can see N Ohio being revitalized with the steel 232 tariffs. The tariffs will make America great again and build that city back from the challenged city it currently is…its simple who doesn’t want to live in canton? No one of course…its shag RI la but on lake Erie . basically that same thing at least IMOP
