Owned a park in California for the last 5 years and we are ready to purchase a second park. It is pretty difficult to find a suitable urban park to purchase in California so we are thinking of looking at other states for better investment opportunities and also risk diversification. Any suggestion on which states to look at? Am only familiar with the property market in LA/neighbouring area so not too familiar with other states.
