I don’t recall seeing a post on this so hope its not a duplicate but for anyone that missed Blackstone’s entry to MHC.

I thought the following from the article was also interesting:

  • “…Singapore’s sovereign wealth fund GIC Pte. in 2016 was part of a group that acquired a majority stake in YES! Communities.”
