I am a newbie investor just finished rehabbing my first mobile home what is a good place to use to run background checks on potential buyers.

I use Houserie which has been pretty good. Also $30.

I have used https://www.mysmartmove.com by TransUnion with good results. I think it is $30 - $35.

You can use free tenant check with the help of this site. Just sign up, the only one who pays - is tenant.

You can use whitepages free version. But premium version is better.

Plus you can run people that do not have social security numbers so you can get more buyers in.
