Average Lot Rent - Across US

What is the average lot rent across the US for MHP’s?

On Frank’s calls he usually mentions average nationwide lot rent of ~$280

I have an old report (1Q2017) from Colliers that says the average rent nationally is $445 per JLT & Associates. Not sure if that’s only institutional-quality parks and/or blends lot rents with POH rents.

@rjohn Thank you, it’s good to have more than one source. I was just looking at JLT & Associates!
