We need to hire a part time asset manager. Most of this work can be done from home - like scouting online for mobile homes to buy, coordinating their move and connection to the utilities, getting competitive bids for repaving one of our parks, etc. This is flex time work that can be done around a regular day job, or around a semi-retirement. Please let us know your thoughts!
