Ken, I am a big believer in the reports and they are very responsive.

From what I have heard they are good; however, according to their own website data is usually only in major metros. I haven’t purchased one yet as I personally visit every rent comparable I use in my reports anyway. Probably a good investment for someone who wants a quick, reliable market overview and can’t spend all day in their car
