I’ve been lurking for a few month’s, thanks for all the good content!
I currently manage a small park but am hoping to purchase it in a few months.
I’ve had numerous situations that have come up at our park and decided I should join up to get some expert advice. It appears to be a mostly owner/investor based forum…are we managers socially accepted?

Not just owners here . We have experts in insurance, water/sewer, sub-metering, lawyers, etc.

@Sterling As Erik said, new and experienced are all welcome from the MHC spectrum here. Each has an individual insight and can share there perspective which really makes the forum fluid.
