Does anyone here use AppFolio?
How do you handle Rent-to-Own, Lease Options, and owner financing to tenants?
Do you have the on-site staff deposit checks & enter bill directly into AppFolio or your home office staff?
Do you have separate entities which own the homes and own the park. If so how do you segregate these in AppFolio?
