Anyone Know a Good CPA?

Hi All - I wanted to know if anyone has worked with a CPA who is taking new clients and has a good grasp on real estate accounting, preferably mobile home parks but anyone with RE experience would be invaluable. If so please let me know as my firm is looking for someone to do our taxes. We would prefer someone in the Southwest US but will consider anyone nationwide.

She is an IRS Enrolled Agent (a specific designation that requires training and testing to receive) with 20+ years’ experience in tax preparation and tax planning.
