ALTA Schedule B - Sec II Exceptions

Anyone have experience or knowledge with or regarding the following Sch. B - Sec. II exceptions on an ALTA survey that is affecting the subject property? I do understand that a lawyer and similar professional might be the best resource. But am curious whether anyone here has come across or otherwise dealt with these.

Sec II Exceptions:

  1. Statutory right of way
  2. Railway right of way
  3. Pipeline co right of way
  4. City Easement
  5. Gas and Electric easement
  6. public easement
