Anyone have experience or knowledge with or regarding the following Sch. B - Sec. II exceptions on an ALTA survey that is affecting the subject property? I do understand that a lawyer and similar professional might be the best resource. But am curious whether anyone here has come across or otherwise dealt with these.
Sec II Exceptions:
- Statutory right of way
- Railway right of way
- Pipeline co right of way
- City Easement
- Gas and Electric easement
- public easement
