I’ve never done an agency debt loan before, but have a park that would likely be a good candidate.
Does anyone have any recommendations on what to look for in a broker or which broker to pick?
On the outside it feels a bit like throwing darts - all direct lenders will get the job done while charging similar rates and with (hopefully) reasonable customer service.
I have just heard the name MJ Vucovich ? Come up I think he is with Bellweather capital ? I have no experience with this. Good luck
I’ve worked with Anthony Golebiewski at Berkadia for CMBS and have gotten a few Agency quotes for other deals. I highly recommend him.
