Hey has anyone had success getting titles for abandon homes. I am working in a park in Ohio which has about 8 homes. They said for me to get the titles for them and there mine.

Do a google search for Ohio House Bill 520 on abandoned mobile homes in parks. The park has to initiate the legal proceedings, but if you do all the leg work, they might let you have the home when its all done.
Also, try to locate the previous owners with a little detective work, and remember to research back taxes with the county treasurer. Many times a previous owner who has walked away thinks they’re off the hook. If you tell them they owe lot rent and back taxes, but you’ll take care of it all if they sign a power of attorney form signing title over to you, you can end up with the home.
