I can get financing to 80% for a mobile home park, or self storage facility.
Does anyone know where I might be able to obtain the additional 20% down, on 1-2 million.? I had 80k in equity but thats gone now due to the market crash here in southern California, I’m willing to pay it back within 12 months at any interest rate. cityaaron@yahoo.com
