Hi fellow MHP Investors, I’m currently doing a 1031 exchange the replacement property (MHP of 163 pads) looks like it may fall through due to financing. I identified this property months ago prior to selling my other properties. My net proceeds from the sale of my property is a little over $450K and replacement property needs to be $1.5M+. (I can go up to $3M for the right deal/cap rate).
I can do one deal over $1.5M or multiple smaller parks. If anyone is looking to sell their park, assign a deal or wants a JV, please private message me. I still have over two weeks left to identify a new property.
