Michael O’Connor is founder of mPark Partners, an acquirer and operator of mobile home communities and operator of the mPark Fund, which invests exclusively in mobile home parks. Our mission is to acquire properties, improve them with newer homes and better infrastructure, improve the level of customer service to tenants, and expand the tenant base. We currently operate properties in Indiana and Ohio and are seeking new communities and partners to add to the portfolio.
