I work in the medical software field and travel the country bringing hospitals live with new reporting systems. Recently got my PA real estate license and started my quest to acquire a few SFH or a couple of small apartment buildings for retirement, but then I stumbled upon MHP investing. After I refi my current project I’m thinking of going the MHP route instead.
