What started with one SFR has grown into one 52 pad park, one self-storage facility, and an STR and some other stuff sprinkled in — each guided by the same principle: create real value through pride of ownership.

My flagship project, Eden Acres, reflects that vision — turning older parks into clean, safe, well-managed neighborhoods people are proud to call home.
