I’m a husband of 15 years, and a father of two boys. For 18 years, I’ve been a Medical Device executive, all while investing in Single Family Rentals in the South Jersey area…some great deals, some okay, some I could have done without. Over the last 6 months, I decided I would enjoy real estate investing as my full time occupation. I have been studying and analyzing both large MF and MHP in an effort to scale. I’m beginning to think MHP is a better path. I’m attending the boot camp in November and look forward to developing a plan and make it happen within the next 6 months.
