New full time investor. Have been flipping houses in the family business since I was 15. Became a commercial broker as a senior in college, but saw the light when I read Lonnie Scruggs, "Deals on Wheels". Purchased and flipped four mobile homes the week I finished the book. Purchased my first park a little over a year ago followed by a few duplexes, and an apartment complex. Quickly realized, parks are my sweet spot. Doing everything possible to get past some growing pains and expand with every dollar, everyday.
