Hi,

I’m a beginning investor in manufactured housing and am looking to be of service in establishing affordable housing, while balancing it with appropriate financial returns. In 2018 I began standing up individual manufactured homes for sale (and possibly rent) to create the capital to ultimately invest in parks. Presently I’m working across country in South Carolina and plan to move there in spring 2019 to focus full time on these investments.
