I currently own a mhp w/ 43 mh spaces and 2 rv spaces. I would like to reduce the # of mh spaces and increase the number of rv spaces. The park is located on the gulf coast in Florida- in a flood zone. Past experiences w/ the county have been they choose to say “no” to any change and are often times no help. Can anyone offer any information/advise on the process or the best way to accomplish this and press the issue? Attorney?
