I also think that is a great idea, & I will be happy to post a park for sale, oh wait, I have to buy one first.

Well maybe I can buy one of yours? I live in North Florida, but have ambition, will travel.

I thought that the ARC auction would be a cluster from the start, but possibly a learning experience. I am saddened that so many good serious investors got burned for their time, effort & expenses.

What ARC does well is burn people’s time and money, it gives them the upper hand when it is time deal.

I would imagine that it made some people look bad in the eyes of thier partners after talking them up on such a great deal that went bad.
