Hi,

we acquired a dilapidated MHC Nov. 22, in So IL. 18/45 paying tenants, plus 10 homes worth rehabbing, so need another 18+ homes to fill out the MHC.

Any Manufacturers to avoid?
Any Manufacturers to consider?
New v. Used?
