I’m new to the game and don’t know where to begin as far as education. Any recommendations? I’m considering buying the Lonie Scruggs course material but are there any others the are recommended in addition to this? Thanks!

The materials you buy and what you decide to study would depend on what part of the business you want to get into. I learned a little bit from everyone = Lonnie Scruggs, large community owners and note holders. My first venture into the business was buying a community. It is your choice. Great materials can be found on this site or just do some research and you will find other sites that sell the basic same material with their own personal (I know everything promotional twist)
