How much value should you put into the town or location of a park. I know its always LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION. However, there is a park I am looking at. 55 spaces in a smaller town-county that is a good 1.5 hour from a MAJOR city. The park stays mostly full. (5-8 vacancies at most) but hasn’t been managed great. I am afraid coming in and actually collecting and converting water and power may force a lot of people out of the park and not be anybody to replace them???
