I noticed that my local realtor website has a mobile home park subsection under the commercial property section.

This is great to uncover parks for sale in my local area that are not listed on mobile home park store or loopnet. However it only shows my local area and when I go to other real estate websites they either do not list commercial property or do not have a mobile home park section.
