What if you bought a used mobile home and lived in it a few years and want to sell it. I’ve seen people wanting $3,000 or less. If no one buys it and you want to just get out of it because it doesn’t make sense to keep paying lot rent can you just walk away?
Another question is how are they taxed. Is there separate property taxes on them?
Also why are lot rents so high. Here in South Florida it would be hard to find a park that charges less than $500 a month even for a one bedroom. You can rent a one bedroom apartment for $650 or less.
