Destination locations–Snowbirds–Pigon Forge—being on rivers or lake— Michigan, Wisconsin— leisure is very big for the people with money (Parks and Places) brokers are good people to work with. For Michigan be open 7months close up in the winter go south. RV owner will leave their units on site and will pay for the next year up front. We like RV parks with marinas such as Grand Lake at Grove, Ok or Silver Creek in Ne. which has a nice private lake. Find that exceptional property and NEVER sell it. Buy only properties your family would be comfortable living there and small towns like St. Helen, Mi. are fine. Enjoy what you own with your family and children will experience life long working skills. We never tried to own more than 3 parks at a time----find a good one and with good effort and management you can be wealthy and happy.

Henry,
Certainlly willing to discuss. PM me if you have any specific questions. We have had great success but with our LT RV park but so much depends on the location. We kept the spaces large… as big as double wide MH lots with plenty of room for parking. Also put sheds on the lots.
Thanks

THIS! is a perfect example of what I am looking to accomplish. I currently work in FL in a 55+ corp-owned MHC with 202 sites, but have been an RVer on and off for 20+ years. My favorite place to stay long-term was an older MHC outside of Nashville, TN that removed the much-older mobiles, upgraded the old sites into RV pads. This offered room for boats on trailers and small storage shed to be stored on the RV pad (for an additional fee, of course) - which made everyone happy. Which equaled less move-ins and outs. Most of the residents in the MHCs had passed or were retired, and most of the RVers were FT workers in the Nashville area who commuted to their jobs daily. It was a great mix of all ages and lifestyles living together. Currently I am VERY interested in the THOW movement and looking for a Florida location where I can create a comfortable + AFFORDABLE small community. I have LOTS of learning ahead, but am up for it ![]()
