Start with threats. Landlord lien and seizure threats of their personal vehicles has worked for me.
We went the same route as we would with the Mobile Homes and cleared the park of RVs that weren’t paying by hiring an eviction lawyer.
Chuckee, I do like your approach. I also talked to other RV owners and they just tow the tenant’s RV since it is illegally parked. They had several funny stories to share with me and they did tell me it was illegal to tow the RV’s but still did it.
