What corporate setup to use for MHP's in Texas

I attend Dyches seminar and was told the LLLP was the best format.

My lender does not allow LLLP and I do not want to pay any additional franchise taxes as required by using an LLC.

Any suggestions?


I would put the property in a Land Trust and then make the beneficiary yourself (which after the loan funds you could convey your beneficial interest to a LLC or LP).
