What are typical rate costs found for an outside management company to manage a mobile home park? On-site vs. off-site differences. Any information would be very helpful. Thx

Expensive is the answer. Offsite will run you about 10% of gross rent and your onsite will be another 5%…ouch but often necessary depending on your situation.
