While I am a newbie to mobile home parks, I have been reading the forums to get up to speed. As i reviewed the listings in reasonable proximity to my home (St. Louis), a few really jumped out at me. I am a believer in the old saying of “if it seems to good to be true, it probably is”. What am I missing on these listings? They appear to be good sized, city utilities, tremendous cash flow and all at a very low price.
