I have had floods in apartments but not in any mobile homes as of yet. We immediately take up the carpet, throw away the padding, open all of the windows and put a couple blowers in the unit.
Sometimes we have even removed the carpet and laid it outside in the sun to dry. We have used a mixture of a small amount of bleach and soapy water to wash down the walls.
Getting the home vented as much as possible will be key!
