We’ve owned our park for about 8 months now and are finding that several of the lots pool up with water after a heavy rain. We really don’t get any complaints from tenants. However, there is one of our best tenants that has asked us to do something about the water on his lot. I’d like to fix the problem and keep him around. The water pools up in the driveway and at the front steps making it a pain going in and out of his house.
Any suggestions for water drainage? Thanks…
