Any comments would be appreciated. I have come across a MH park in a City of about 80,000 population. From researching the demographics it states that approximately half of the homes and residents are renters. The Park itself ownes no homes, obviously good. Have any of you ever purchased a park in an area where the proportion of home owners to renters are 50%?
On the surface it appears like it good opprotunity but I really don’t know what to think about this demographic.
