Hi,
I am currently thinking of doing seller financing for my home in Michigan. I’m trying to determine if the Michigan Usury Laws apply to Mobile Home, seller financing. It appears to NOT apply since I would be listed as the first lien holder. Does anyone have experience with this in Michigan or understand the statute? I just want to make sure before I go ahead and do anything.
