Two Buying Questions

I have two buying questions:

  1. When you put in an offer on a mobile home park, do you send them a filled-out contract? I have the contracts from the home study course and was wondering if that is the recommended thing to do. If so, what about the parts that do not pertain to an initial offer, such as the commissions for the brokerage companies?

  2. What size lots should I be looking for to fit any good size mobile home?
