After I bought the park a little while ago, I switched trash companies because it was about 1/2 price. It improved the cashflow of the park significantly. However, I’ve been receiving complaints from the manager about the trash company not picking up any “extras.” As you could probably guess, the park used to have waste management. I’m now using a different company that only uses the arm that picks up the can and dumps into the truck. The tenants are addicted to waste management because they would take an unlimited amount of trash.
To me, these complaints are dumbfounded. I looked at the unlimited trash pick-up as a “luxury” that isn’t required. Who should I beat on? The trash company, residents, or the manager? Should I just fold and change back to waste management?
