Looking at a decent park in Toledo, but not thrilled over initial read on area.
I see a Decline in Pop, -7%; 12.4 Unemployment; Job Growth -6.87%; Median House Price $60,390.
I also know from following Frank and Dave’s materials that OH is not exactly MHP friendly.
Frank, Dave - anyone else, would you stay away period - even if the park on the surface looked like a good deal?
