Anything Frank puts out I am sure it is 100% authentic and adds value but i wanted to get some feedback on the course. I will be hiring a new manager/ supervisor and wanted to give it a try.
I just wanted to clarify that it’s not my course, but the one we wrote for our own 100+ managers. Dave wrote at least 50% of it (most of the good stuff) and even his wife helped on the modules to properly fill out forms and leases. If it was 100% my course, it would probably have the word “idiot” in there at least 500 times and a whole bunch of stupid tenant stories.
