The New Program To Fill Vacant Lots In Your Mobile Home Park

Bret, what part of central Ohio? I like the idea of pooling resources.

I have 2 parkin New York State and I have vacancies that I have been diligently trying to fill. The cash program requires a dealers license and that is something that I can’t get approved for.

I love the idea of pooling resources and working as a team. That is my business model. Take care of others and it will always lead to opportunities. With that being said, I have been looking, obviously in the wrong places, for someone that would be interested in making ALL the money off the sale of the homes within my park. I am not greedy.

I don’t care if someone else is making the money off the sale of a trailer. I am just interested in cleaning up the park and filling vacant lots and bringing in lot rent.

Is there any thoughts or advice as to the best way to go about this?
