Just wanted to say thanks to all who responded to my request for help on financing. This was for the balloon note that was coming due. Just wanted to thank Greg, Lonnie, Tony, Lin and Ryan for taking the time to respond to my inquiries about this. Your assistance is appreciated.

I did not find private money but thanks to some very helpful advice from Ryan I was able to approach the reluctant banker in a better way and he agreed to renew the loan and kept it at the 8% interest rate!

Anyone had any luck refinancing SFR’s? Any luck actually getting any cash out in this market?

If so, what banks are you using?
