site park located in a small town of about 13,000 people in central/west Texas
under contract. I have it under contract at a very good price, but make no
mistake about it- this is a turnaround project that will take several months or
longer. But there also is a lot of upside. There are over 20 vacant POH’s and
over 40 vacant sites.
I don’t have
the time to do the project myself, so I am looking for a buyer or partner.
