Tenant Improvement Requests - Newbie parkowner

In the short time that I’ve owned my first park I’ve received 2 improvement requests from tenants.

  1. A chain link fence around lot 4.

  2. A wider concrete walking path to accomodate a wheelchair on lot 47.

How do you experienced folks handle these types of requests? Who pays?
