Hi,
I have 9 families that cut the water read cables. Now I can’t get an accurate read for billing.
My lease rent doesn’t specifically say anything about this.
Can I fine them $50 per incident or do I have to write a lease addendum before I can?
Also, I found out that manager I just let go have not been keeping maintenance on these meters.
The new manager found out that 30+ homes have water meters that either rotate backward or froze.
Where can I find the remote register parts?
