In going through my materials and audio, I noted that for water and sewer that submetering is highly encouraged so as to eliminate the bill from the park. However on gas it is highly discouraged due to the park being responsible for the energy coming in, etc. Can someone elaborate on this differentiation for these utilities-and what an ideal hook up for each would look like? While we are at it, electric I assume is like the natural gas?
