A property I am interested in has only 3 parked owned homes out of 78 which is great. After looking at the owner sheet it shows that prob 2/3 of the homes are owned by investors and then sub leased and prob 1/3 of the 2/3 is owned by 1 individual. Is this pretty common? I like the idea of the tenants owning the home. It gives ownership which in turn keeps the property better and it’s harder for the to leave. Comments, concerns, thoughts?
I actually should have looked a few threads down to read about a similar situation. What percentage of investor owned homes would one be willing to deal with?
